Since the availability of rooms are limited and to ensure fairness, the allotment rooms will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. Accordingly, the interested exporters registered for the WSC 2023 are requested to submit your application detailing your desired room requirement as per the layout attached, including the date and duration of your business meeting for allotment of the room and other facilities available. This exclusive opportunity will enable you to have private and productive discussions with your existing and potential clients within the conference venue, fostering valuable connections and furthering the business of spices to the next level and expand your markets. General Terms & Conditions

The rooms will be allotted only to the firms registered for the WSC 2023.
Allotment of rooms will be on a first come, first served basis based on the receipt of the applicable payment towards the rent.
Once the rooms are allotted, it is the responsibility of the allottee to occupy and return the rooms along with all facilities provided within the time specified.
The organisers will not take any responsibility of any item missing/damaged from/ in the rooms allotted and, in such cases, it is the responsibility of the allottee to settle such issues directly with CIDCO authorities under intimation to the Board.
WSC reserves the right to make any change/cancel the allotment of rooms once made subject to the ground reality.
The payments can be made through Bank Transfer to Axis Bank, Kochi Branch, A/c No. 922020050050120, IFSC: UTIB0000081.
