Call for Tech Talk Proposals: Showcasing Innovation at World Spice Congress
The Spices Board in association with the Indian Spice Industry is conducting the Global Spice event, WSC: 2023 during 15-17th Sep, 2023 at CIDCO Exhibition and Convention Centre, Navi Mumbai. The WSC 2023 would like to announce an exciting addition to the upcoming World Spice Congress by allowing the interested stakeholders of the Spice Industry who had registered as a delegate for WSC 2023 to showcase their innovation / products/ brand / services of their Company during the event in addition to the dynamic business meetings and networking opportunities. We are offering a special Tech Talk session that provides a platform for you to spotlight your innovative products / brands and services related to the spice industry. This optional session is the ideal and unique way to showcase your ideas, products, services and solutions to a diverse and responsible audience.

Tech Talk Session Details
Tech Talk Sessions will be arranged in concurrence to the RBSM at the Banquet Hall during 14.00 Hrs to 17.00 Hrs on 16.09.2023
Duration per Tech Talk Session will be 10 – 15 Minutes
Those who are interested in presenting the Tech Talk may register their name through online by remitting the registration fee of Rs.1000/-
The proposed subject will be evaluated by the Business Committee of the WSC 2023 and if qualified to make the presentation, the same will be communicated to the applicant
The fee for presenting the Tech Talk is Rs.25,000/- per slot.
The deriving subjects of special importance may be considered by the WSC separately
Proposal Submission Process
Registration: Register as delegate for WSC 2023 and indicate your interest in
Teck Talk Session
Submission: Submit your proposed Tech Talk topics along with a brief abstract
outlining the content of your presentation
Evaluation: The Committee of WSC 2023 will review the topics for relevance,
innovation, importance and potential impact / need of the Spice
Industry
Approval: Once the topic is approved, the applicant will be notified to remit
the payment of Rs.25,000/-. On remittance of the payment, the
WSC will allocate a time slot for the Tech Talk session
