Mr. Sanjay Dave has a total professional experience of 47 years, of which more than 37 years are in agri. trade and food safety. He is a Senior International Expert to FAO, WHO and ITC on various food safety related capacity building programmes. In the past, he was the Chairman of Codex Alimentarius Commission and Advisor to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. He has also served as a Diplomat in the Mission of India to the European Union at Brussels.
