Ms. Hoang Thi Lien is the President of Vietnam Pepper Association. She is graduated in Development Economics from National Economics University, Vietnam and also holds Masters in Development Economics from University of London. Ms. Hoang Thi Lien started her career as an official at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam. She worked in the capacity of Executive Director at International Pepper Community before joining Vietnam Pepper Association. She has also worked as Director of APEC & International Economic Cooperation Division and as Director, ASEAN Division as well as held the office of First Secretary, Vietnam Embassy to Malaysia.
