Mr Bharat Maskai is the Managing Partner & CEO of Laxmi Enterprises, one of the leading exporters of spices (including steam sterilised value-added spices) and blends to the world market. He is currently in charge of purchases, sales and production planning. Mr Bharat graduated in commerce (B. Com) from the Bombay University. Thereafter, he did 2 years of law from K. C. College, Churchgate. Simultaneously he joined the family business from 1982. Laxmi Enterprises has established good backward linkages with farmers to ensure consistent quality supplies and also a fair price to the farmers.
